Thank you for wanting to learn about us.

UpWeForge The Universe is made of planets. Each planet is a solution that helps a person grow, and a journey its members walk together — on NorthStar, the journey of personal self-discovery. It lives by one line: the more we help others, the more we help ourselves.

The way in

The way into UpWeForge The Universe is through one of its planets, and every one of them opens only by invitation. The only way in is through someone already inside: a member or an affiliate. There is no other way in.

If someone has told you about us, ask them for your invitation to the planet you are drawn to. It comes straight from their own account, in either of two ways: a text link, or a QR code you open with your phone's camera.

If no one has yet, someone you know may already be inside. It is worth asking.

NorthStar

The planet of personal self-discovery

A product that has the potential to help anyone, who is willing to try it, regain the agency to forge their lives.

All through my day, at the rhythm I choose, it asks me three questions: What am I doing right now? What would I be doing next? How are these related to my short-term or middle-term goals? If everything is in alignment, I earn a star.

I answer in my own words, and I score myself. No machine judges my answers.

It names what takes my time without asking: the Modern-Day Medusa, the endless feeds built to hold my eyes. And it keeps in front of me what I choose to walk toward: my NorthStar.

Each evening I look back on my day, and each new day I build on the one before. What I write is sealed, designed so that only I can read it.

Every three months, I look at where I stand beside where I can be — and see how much closer my three, five, ten and twenty years have come.

It opens only by invitation, from someone already inside.

The Greatest Stories Ever Told

A plug-in for NorthStar

In NorthStar, my record becomes a living book — The Greatest Story Ever Told — written by my own days: the stones I found on my path, how I got past them, and the lessons and tools I can use again.

That is what makes it worth reading: a reader finds real experiences, and what each one taught, to carry into their own life — and a living book keeps growing: every month brings a new chapter to learn from.

Members who choose to may publish their book, month by month, under their mask or as an anonymous member. The Greatest Stories Ever Told is the shelf where those books are read: listed by mask, A to Z. Nothing there is ranked.

It opens to NorthStar members in due time. In time, the shelf opens to members of the Universe's other planets as they arrive, so each story can reach readers across the whole Universe.

This list grows only when a new planet is ready.

Members and affiliates

Whoever is invited may join a planet as a member, as an affiliate — someone who shares our planets with the people they know — or as both.

Affiliates can share in what the people they help pay for a planet, for as long as those people keep paying. One level only: no one earns from the people their invitees bring. The full structure is in our Compensation Plan, one of our legal documents, beside our Income Disclosure. No income is promised or guaranteed.

Payments are processed by Stripe — the company behind the checkout on a great many of the sites people already use. What a member pays goes through Stripe, and so does what any affiliate is paid. Card details go to Stripe, never to us: we never see or store a card number.
